Valentine’s Getaway in Willamette Valley

Lobenhaus deck Feb. 2012
Forgot to plan ahead? Did Valentine’s Day sneak up on you? It is not too late to plan a day or two in wine country…visit some wineries and spend quality time with your love one. The actual holiday is on a Tues. this year. So the LobenhausBed and Breakfast is offering a special treat for couples the weekend before and after the big day. With your night’s stay, we offer a complimentary split bottle of fine Pinot Noir to sip with tasty chocolates. Snuggle by the fire, or weather permitting, sit and sip out on the deck. Reserve one of our beautiful king or queen private rooms today.

Romance is in the air
Veterans Day in the Willamette Valley
We were honored to offer a complimentary stay at the Lobenhaus Bed & Breakfast for two retired veterans and their wives. The inn was decorated in small touches of red, white & blue… Uncle Sam smiled from his bench. The breakfast table also showed its colors…star & stripes napkins rings, flags under the plates, small glass colored stars, etc. The Menu – Patriotic Pancakes, Liberty Eggs, Old Glory Bacon, Freedom Fruit & Justice Juice. Our guests spent the holiday at the Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum just a few minutes down the road. Special Veterans Day events honored those in service past & current. One small thank you for the sacrifices of so many fine patriots & their families.
Trip Advisor Awards Lobenhaus Bed & Breakfast
Trip Advisor has awarded a Certificate of Excellence for 2010 to the Lobenhaus B & B & Vineyard. Thank you so much for the fine reviews posted from our guests… for both quantity & quality of compliments. We strive daily to provide a total atmosphere of the best in hospitality! It is wonderful to be appreciated & publically commended.
Memorable Breakfast at Lobenhaus B & B
A very special long weekend to remember those – living and many who have died so we may live in freedom. A 48 star flag “flies” proudly on our wall… my father died serving in the Army in WW II.
Memorial weekend marks the beginning of our 10 th season at the B & B. Breakfast included…Freedom Waffles topped with Old Glory Fruit ( Red strawberries, White whipped cream, Blueberries), Huevos Americana (crustless quiche), Uncle Sam sausages (grilled chicken/apple) and Justice Juice (toasted our anniversary with Mimosas, made with our local Argyle Brut). A house full of wonderful guests made the celebration more meaningful.
