Cancellation Policy

• Any cancellation will be charged $25 per room – administrative fee
• If 7 days or less, the full room rate will be charged
  shortening the stay will be considered as a cancellation
  multiple room reservations (3 or more rooms) require a 30 day cancellation notice.
• Weekends (mid-May through October) may require 2 night minimum stay
• Holiday/Festival weekends may require 3 night minimum stay
• Check in 3-6pm – please call in advance to request alternate times
• Check out before 11am
• No pets. No smoking in facility
• Children over 10 are welcome with well-behaved parents
